Startup SH 2.0 - Information, learning and work platform
As part of the StartUp SH project, we are developing an information, learning and working platform that provides targeted support for people interested in starting up a business and start-up advice centers in Schleswig-Holstein. Our platform bundles relevant information and tools that make it easier to start your own business. The platform supports efficient, user-friendly advice that provides start-up teams with tailored resources and practical learning materials. In this way, those interested in founding a company are optimally prepared to successfully master individual challenges.
With their consulting expertise, the start-up consultants remain the most important component of start-up consulting in Schleswig-Holstein. Their advisory services are supplemented by the platform, making advice more flexible and accessible. The collaboration on the platform enables the start-up consultants to follow the progress of the start-up projects.
We work closely with the other start-up advice centers at the universities in Schleswig-Holstein, the business development agencies in Schleswig-Holstein and the chambers of industry and commerce (IHKs) to offer seamless advice and comprehensive support through the platform. We are particularly pleased with the valuable feedback we have already received from numerous start-up consultants, founders and people interested in setting up a business. This feedback is continuously incorporated into development so that we can design the platform together with users and constantly improve the content. Our aim is to create a platform that not only maximizes efficiency, but also makes the start-up process fun.
The platform will already include the following tools at launch (more tools to follow):
- Business Model Canvas
- Value Proposition Canvas
- Persona
- Competitor analysis
- SWOT analysis
- Financial planning tool
The platform will also include a tool for direct communication between those interested in founding a company and the responsible founding team. The platform thus enables direct communication between founders and start-up advisors when using the tools. The platform will also contain information on the funding opportunities offered by the state of Schleswig-Holstein for start-ups.
Development milestones:
- Early summer 2025: Completion of the second prototype (MS 2)
- Fall 2025: Launch of the beta version for first users (MS 3)
- Spring 2026: Roll-out of the platform for all users (MS 4)
