Our aim is to support you in founding your start-up and to provide you with the necessary resources, networks and knowledge to get you off to a successful start.
EXIST-Women: Your springboard to starting a business
You can take part if you….
…are a graduate, scientist, student or a woman* with vocational training and a university background and are interested in starting a business.
It doesn’t matter whether you already have a concrete start-up idea or not – the program offers the right support for every phase of the start-up.
You can also participate while studying or working.
What can you expect from EXIST-Women?
12-month qualification program: Extensive training courses and workshops on setting up a business.
Individual coaching: Personal advice from our experienced GründerCube team and Schleswig-Holstein-wide start-up network.
Mentoring: Support from experienced female entrepreneurs who act as mentors.
Network: Access to a Schleswig-Holstein-wide, but also nationwide network of female founders
Financial support: One-off funding of €2,000 for start-up-related expenses and an optional 3-month scholarship (if you currently have no income or work a maximum of 20 hours/week, you may receive a scholarship of €1,000-3,000/month plus child supplement).
What do we expect from you as part of the support program?
You will regularly attend relevant events and coaching sessions, take part in the “Female Founder” seminar and exchange ideas with your mentors.
At the end of the program, you will present your start-up idea and the results achieved in a one-pager.
Result of the program
After twelve months, you know how to successfully set up a company and have made valuable contacts.
You have been able to develop or refine your start-up idea and know the next steps on your way to your own company.
Our monthly founder breakfasts
Once a month you meet with the advisors from the GründerCube on a Monday from 10 am to 1 pm.
Networking and exchange
Every month we organize a founders’ breakfast for you, where you as an aspiring female founder can exchange ideas with other female founders in a relaxed atmosphere.
These meetings offer you the perfect opportunity to share your experiences, get feedback, make new contacts and be inspired.
Variety of topics
Each meeting focuses on different topics.
These include testimonials from successful female entrepreneurs, discussions on current challenges and trends as well as informative sessions on relevant start-up topics.
Regular coaching sessions, individual support
Our coaching sessions offer you individual support tailored to your specific needs and challenges.
Our coaches will help you to develop your business strategy, overcome obstacles and achieve your personal and professional goals.
Expert knowledge
Benefit from the expertise of our coaches, who have many years of experience in start-up consulting and entrepreneurship.
They will provide you with advice and assistance and support you in implementing your business idea.
Workshops for female founders
Lego Serious Play
This workshop uses the Lego Serious Play method to develop creative and innovative solutions for your current business challenge.
In a playful environment, we encourage your ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
Generative AI for female founders
Learn how you can use artificial intelligence (AI) to drive your start-up forward.
Our workshops offer practical insights into the application of AI technologies and show how you can effectively integrate them into your business model.
